Organisational Design for A Global Workforce

Some of the main challenges I’ve encountered for leaders in business are:

  • Developing the right organisational culture
  • Understanding the organisation more fully to know what design approach is useful,
  • Developing the organisations capability, and
  • Developing leadership capability.

My approach is based on continual evolution, sustainable practices, and employee engagement. We believe that organisations can flourish through conscious advancement of their business, and developing employees at all levels to increase their professional effectiveness.

The signature organisational design framework is a methodology and approach to planning organisational change. It looks at the psychological levers that enable great performance primarily in complex, and culturally different workforces and organisational partnerships.
