Organisational Culture in Multinationals
Organisational culture is the vibe and feeling inside of a business. Organisational culture can mean the difference between organisations thriving or surviving. Many CEO’s have offered culture as the catalyst for massive change and growth. In this eBook we discuss what organisational culture is, and ways in which we can build it. The approach is taken from practical experience in building organisational culture, and from an Organisational Psychology perspective – it looks to consider organisations holistically and through a humanistic lens which means we look to improve the experience for an individual and meet company objectives. Both goals are possible in great companies.

Culture is always there. Creating clarity and building culture consciously means we are not at its mercy. Edgar Schein notes “The only thing of real importance that leaders do is to create and manage culture. If you do not manage culture, it manages you, and you may not even be aware of the extent to which this is happening“. Learn how in this eBook.
